If you place your order before 12:00, it will be processed the same business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery partners will handle your package and ensure it reaches you within the estimated delivery time. Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and delivery time is 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping is always free within the UK.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order using the tracking page provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I cancel my order?

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

What is the return and refund policy?

The return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order, and returns are not accepted after this period. Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item, with no restocking fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
